How do I change a request’s status?

When looking at the list of requests on the My RFIs & RFQs area of the My XPRT section, each request (RFI or RFQ) will show a “Close” button on the bottom right corner. Simply click on the “Close” button to mark the request as closed and an automatic email will be sent to the company the request was originally sent to, advising them of the change.
