How do I change a request’s status?

When viewing each request (RFI or RFQ), you should see the current status at the top left corner.

If you click on the status, you'll see a dropdown with options for closing the request or marking it as spam.

An automatic email will be sent to the user that originated the request advising him/her of the change.
